Santa Fe Pride Tea Dance

Santa Fe Pride Tea Dance, also known as thé dansant (French for "dancing tea"), was historically a dance held on a summer or autumn afternoon or early evening, from 4 to 7 p.m. In the English countryside, a garden party sometimes preceded the dance.

Santa Fe Pride is tackling this very known tradition with a local establishment, amazing DJs, and a cocktail social hour filled with your Santa Fe community from 1pm to 5pm.

Location: Bar Alto - Drury Plaza Hotel

$20 before June 20th, 2019 / $30 Day of the event

1pm - 5pm

DJs Melanie Moore and John Sherdon will be on the 1s and 2s.

Santa Fe Community Foundation Rainbow Family Pride Festival

download.jpg

For the second year, The Envision Fund is excited to bring to you Rainbow Family Pride, a family friendly event presented as an fun filled addition to the adult oriented Pride festivities happening around town in June. We “envision” this as an inclusive event with children, teens, young adults and all the rainbow families who want to connect with, and celebrate, their LGBTQ+ community! The event will be alcohol and smoke free. If you participated last year, you know what a fun and fabulous time was had by all; with stilt walkers roaming around, lots of fun booths with activities and music, face painters, food trucks and lots more. We are anticipating a larger crowd now that we are in our 2nd year and will include more games and activities.

The event will be advertised through all the usual media outlets like the Reporter and our own sponsored social media. We are inviting non-profits and local businesses who serve the LGBTQ+ community to have a booth set up in the park, and to take the opportunity to have some sort of game or activity to drive folks to your booth so you can connect with them and have informational or promotional materials to hand out to attendees. We would love to have your organization or business be a part of the fun by participating in Rainbow Family Pride. Attached is a booth application and/or sponsorship outline and the terms and conditions for the event, which you may return by email or mail, no later than May 23rd.

If you have any questions, please call or email, Rose Griego-Kiel (505) 470-8675 and r.griego@gmail.com or Gabi Gomez at (505) 988-9715 x 7006 ggomez@santafecf.org
